Shipping and Payment Information

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars ($ AUD) and are subject to alteration without notification. The price you pay is that shown when the item is added to the Basket.

For an item made specifically to the customer’s specification, the price and payment terms will be that agreed between the customer and Corals Beaded Designs at the time of ordering. Any changes the customer makes to the design after ordering and prior to delivery will be recalculated and confirmed with the customer prior to shipment.

Packaging costs are included in the price you pay. Your purchase will be supplied beautifully presented in an organza bag, and all orders are sent in a securely sealed cardboard box for extra protection.

Placing the Order

When ordering online, you will be taken to a PayPal secure checkout where payments can be made using major credit and debit cards. PayPal uses cutting-edge data encryption, fraud detection tools and all kinds of other advanced techniques to improve security making it a safer, faster, more secure way to pay online. Corals Beaded Desings does not see your card details at any time.

N.B. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to use the checkout. You will be given the option to Pay with your PayPal account or Pay with a debit or credit card or Cancel and return to Corals Beaded Designs.

On receipt of your order you will receive acknowledgement via email.

Delivery

I will endeavour to ship your purchase within 24 hours of cleared payment but this may vary depending on availability as only a small amount of stock is held to ensure exclusivity. Please note that dispatch of special order items could take longer. You will be advised by email if a delay is expected. Please contact me if your order is required urgently and I will do my best to oblige.

Due to the one off nature of most of the stock, there is the unlikely event that an online order is placed for an item that has already been sold. If this is the case, you will receive a full refund for that item and the option to cancel the purchase of any coordinating items. This is extremely unlikely but I do other venues with the same stock that is listed online.

Postage

I will dispatch your order on the same or following business day for all in-stock products. Please allow 1-5 working days for domestic delivery. All orders are sent via Australia Post, therefore PO Boxes can be accepted as a delivery address.

I recommend the use of an attended address for security as Australia Post may leave parcels unattended if no one is present. If the package is returned to me for any reason you will be responsible for an additional postal fee to re-send the order.

Orders are sent at the recipients’ risk. I recommend the selection of Registered Post if insurance is required on the order. Express Post and some Regular Post services will include a number with limited tracking ability but no insurance.

International Delivery: Orders from outside of Australia are welcomed. Please contact me for International delivery costs as they vary from country to country. Please also note that overseas customers may incur additional import duties and custom charges levied by local customs against orders dispatched to addresses outside Australia. Any such charges are not covered in the purchase or delivery price and are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

Countries outside Australia will receive orders in approximately 7-14 working days.

On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs and other delays including but not limited to network disruption, natural disasters, peak seasons and regulatory inspections.
Postal charge does not include any applicable taxes, duties, processing charges, inspection costs or quarantine fees which may be applied in the destination  country.

The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian Export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices in the destination country to gain further details.
